Upon first removing the cork, wisps of hibiscus and honeysuckle tickle the nose.  As the glass meets your lips, scents of toasted french bread and candied orange rind waft in the air.  Meyer lemon, vanilla, and grilled papaya dance over the palate - sashaying into an eternal finish like a summer sunset; the warm glow lingers long even once it’s gone.
