2002 Muscat Canelli

This charming experimental wine was one-year test-produced by interim winemaker Richard Mansfield; it marked our first foray into crafting aromatic white wines. Produced in a dry style, this wine was meant as a light refreshing aperitif. The result was a warm, inviting Muscat touched with the aromatic signatures of orange peel, delicate petrol and passion fruit. Pairs nicely with simple hors d’oeuvres such as pears with Cambozola or blue-cheese crudité platters.
