The cooler weather of 2010 enlivened this Muscat with a crisp, light body and a sweet-yet-bright finish. The aromas hint delicately at beeswax, ripe kiwi and white pepper. While the forward aromas are distinctly perfumed, the finish is tropical, enticing the taster to taste again and again. This vintage’s clean style pairs nicely with rich, gooey fruit desserts such as mango and blue cheese brioche, or baked stone-fruit cobblers.
