The Amalia Chardonnay is notoriously known for its well balanced fruit, acidity, and oak characteristics. The 2021 vintage is no departure, however she is cautiously eager to bare her soul too soon. Cantaloupe and ripe melon welcome the taster. Her crisp acidity and full body mouthfeel saunters through the palate and is perfectly unctuous. Savory enough on its own, this wine would equally complement a thick filet of sea bass or a perfectly seared duck breast.
