2017 Palmaz Vineyards Louise Riesling

Always ethereal and eternally satisfying, the 2017 Louise Riesling refreshes while simultaneously exciting the palate.  Tantalizing the senses with aromas of crushed wet granite and orchard stone fruits.  Once on the palate, the orchard journey continues with hints of supple white peach, honeysuckle and fresh squeezed Meyer lemons; finishing with a crisp acidity that balances beautifully with the stone fruit sweetness.  Serve with homemade baccalao or mini crab cakes.
